The CES Inspection machine is an automatic, high-output visual inspection machine designed to inspect/sort filled capsule products.
This machine combines computer image processing technology with in-line CCD cameras to inspect and sort capsules based on customer-set criteria.
Common defects that the CES can detect include appearance defects such as cracks, foreign material, specks, scrapes, deformation or different colors. Features of the CES include:

The CWI and TWI are highly accurate weight inspection machines for capsules and tablets. These machines weight check by electromagnetic force compensation balance, which makes high measuring accuracy possible. The CWI and TWI have output ranges from 40,000–150,000/hour. Using a color CCD camera, the QS compact tablet sorter machine inspects tablets for a variety of imperfections, including foreign subjects,

- Inspects top and bottom facing
- Includes a signal light and monitor
- Inspects up to 100,000 tablets/hour
The IS-500 is a tablet imprinting machine with additional inspection capabilities to sort out defective tablets due to appearance or print. The exceptional design of this machine, which complies with cGMP guidelines, provides extremely smooth handling and transportation for different sized and shaped tablets. This machine offers one-side printing of both coated and film-coated tablets. The IS-500 can print and inspect 500,000 tablets/hour. Features of the IS-500 include:
