Quali Seal Kits

Quali-Seal offers a unique process to seal capsules. Using a capsule sealing machine, the filled, hard capsules are sealed with a double band of either gelatin or hypromellose (HPMC) at the joined portion of the cap and body. It is virtually impossible to open a capsule that has been sealed with the sealing machine without affecting the product’s physical appearance. This process results in a tamper-resistant product and enhances customer confidence. Quali-Seal Kit materials are the same materials used in the manufacturing of Qualicaps capsules. Incorporating Quali-Seal into a production process allows internal monitoring of capsule sealing and produces a safer product for consumers.
