Closing
The two parts of the capsule are rejoined after filling. The efficiency
of this step is improved by the lower cap ring feature. This maintains
the circularity of the capsule cap thus avoiding capsule damage during
closing. It helps to retain low viscosity liquids in the capsule prior
to sealing and ensures that a uniform seal is applied by the Quali-Seal®
sealing machine.
Secure locking
Efficient packing relies on consistent product quality. The POSILOK®
capsule is designed to remain securely closed to a precise length
ready for subsequent handling. This ensures no separation, efficient
filling into blister packages, and minimal product losses during
packaging.
