The FS is a combination of two of Qualicaps’ most successful machines; the F-40 fully-automated capsule filling machine and the S-40 fully-automated hard capsule sealing machine.

The FS allows materials with low viscosity to be filled and sealed easier. The new transfer system delivers filled capsules to the sealer automatically. This automatic transfer allows capsules to be sealed before any leaking occurs. This automatic transfer system, when combined with Qualicaps’ patented three drum rectification system, provides a process that is gentle enough that capsules experience less vibration, resulting in less liquid seepage. Other equipment features include an elevating platform that lifts empty capsules up to the dispensing nozzle to minimize splatter. Also, a photo-sensor stops the filling process if there is no capsule present.
