The LIQFIL Super JCF-40 was designed by Qualicaps
for the nutritional industry. With its auger-type filler,
the JCF-40 can fill powders that have a wide range of physical
properties. This enables products to be filled that otherwise
might be a problem on plug-forming or vibration filling machines.
Smooth and accurate filling is made possible by continuous
motion.
The JCF-40’s three-drum rectification system is gentle
on capsules. Its patented design eliminates defective capsules
prior to filling and prevents damage to the capsules. In addition,
this innovative machine design allows quick cleanup, size
changes and product changeovers since the parts are easily
accessible and removable.
