Qualicaps offers the perfect opportunity for product identification with capsules imprinted with information such as company name, product brand, dosage information or product identification code. Four types of printing are available, and Qualicaps specialists can help you define the optimum design.

Axial print can

• Axial printing up to 42°
• Single ink color
• deal for simple branding and dosage information

Magni print

• Axial printing up to 84°
• Single ink color
• Your name/logo can be twice as big as Axial print

Rotoprint

• Rectified, radial printing up to 360° (there are some limitations)
• Single ink color
• Coverage gives the maximum printable area and legibility

Rotocolor

• Rectified, radial printing up to 360° (there are some limitations)
• Two-color ink options
• Coverage gives the maximum printable area and legibility

All capsules are printed by Qualicaps-designed, offset-gravure printing machines. Qualicaps uses pharmaceutical grade printing inks which contain pigments and the lake form of dyes that are used in capsule manufacturing – only dispersed in shellac solutions which make the ink adhere to the capsule.
