Color Formulation

Qualicaps can manufacture capsules using your color specifications and can also match your existing formulations and color appearances to existing products. Both transparent and opaque colors are available.

Once a color formulation is chosen, specifics of the formulation are archived in Qualicaps database to guarantee future color consistency. During production, computer automated dye-dispensing systems deliver exact quantities of colorants to produce the consistent color results from order to order. In addition, in-process inspection requires visual continuity for each container.
