QUALIS-UVS LASER PRINTER
The QUALIS-UVS laser printer imprints on tablets at a speed up to 400,000 per hour, making it one of the fastest UV laser printers in the world. It is more compact than Qualicaps’ existing UV laser printer (LIS-250D), includes a built-in blower, and requires fewer change parts.

LIS-Labo UV laser printer for laboratory
The LIS-Labo UV laser printer for laboratories is ideal for small or R&D batches and samples. This machine can imprint up to 128 products simultaneously without the need for tablet alignment. LASER IMPRINTING SYSTEM LIS-250D
Without the use of ink, the LIS marks the surface of tablets and softgel capsules. The UV laser marking system eliminates quality issues like smudges and rub off that are caused by ink, as well as the extra costs of inks and die rolls. The LIS-250D can carry out visual inspections, marking, and printing inspections of 250,000 tablets per hour. The LIS-250D provides printing of a quality never before seen on the market and is also suitable for printing tablets.

TABLET IMPRINTING MACHINE: QI-300
By keeping functions of tablet imprinting machine to a minimum, the QI-300 is compact and light-weight yet still maintains high imprinting quality. This machine can prevent ink scratching by aligned-tablet conveyance with a drying unit and high quality printing with a horizontal imprinting scheme. This machine, which complies with cGMP guidelines, is high in processing performance and is capable of imprinting 300,000 tablets per hour.

TABLET INKJET MARKING SYSTEM IMS-300D
Marking is essential for preventing unintentional ingestion and as a measure against fake medicine. The IMS-300D realizes imprinting on uncoated tablets and oral dissolving tablets, which has been quite difficult with conventional printers.
Designs including letters and marks in bitmap format are able to be printed on both sides of tablets by inkjet imprinting. The device for imprinting inspection which defects non-defective products with appropriate imprinting is equipped, delivering only non-defective products to the next process, and assuring imprinting quality.

The IS-500 is a tablet imprinting machine with additional inspection capabilities to sort out defective tablets due to appearance or print. The exceptional design of this machine, which complies with cGMP guidelines, provides extremely smooth handling one-sided printing* of sugar coated, film coated and irregular formed tablets. The IS-500 can print and inspect up to 500,000 tablets per hour.
